Multi-database searching with MerLink makes it easy to search several databases at once. With just a few keystrokes, you can search more databases without having to reenter your search criteria.
MerLink is organized with “tabs” just like an old fashioned rolodex.
MerLink - Search by SSN
Select the SSN tab to show all of the Merlin databases that are searchable by Social Security number.

- PeopleFinder Unlimited
Select one or more databases to search, or click “select all” to search all of the SSN databases. Selecting all of the databases can increase search times, but will also provide more extensive results.
MerLink - Search by Phone Number
Select the Phone Number tab to show all of the Merlin databases that are searchable by Phone Number.

Select the Asset tab to show all of the Merlin Asset databases.

MerLink - California Ultimate Weapon
Just like selecting California Ultimate Weapon from Merlin's Main Search Menu, selecting the MerLink California Ultimate Weapon tab shows all of the California databases.
Select one or more databases to search, or click “select all” to search all of the California databases.
Show Cautions
Select “show cautions” to see interactive hints about required information to run your search. This feature is especially helpful when the search rules for various databases differ. For more information about cautions, click on the “Show Cautions” link.
